‘Right to Education’ is a Fundamental Right’. Education is the fountain head of all progress. Today we find deterioration in the values of life everywhere. The most flexible period in the life of an individual is the time that he/she spends in the school. Hence, the educational system has a prominent role in moulding a ‘new humanity.
